Annual Operating Report. The Agency shall submit quarterly “Year to Date Operating Reports” to the Coordinator every three months detailing demographic, operational and financial data regarding the transportation services provided, including quarterly/yearly ridership, vehicle information, total revenue and expenses for transportation services along with other data reporting requirements as specified in the FY Annual Operating Report Instructions from the Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged (“Commission”).
