Annual Practising Certificate. For those employees where superior entitlements to these were available, such entitlements shall be retained by the individuals concerned. Where an employee is required by law to hold an annual practising certificate, the cost of the certificate shall be met by the employer provided that: (a) It must be a statutory requirement that a current certificate be held for the performance of duties. (b) The employee must be engaged in duties for which the holding of a certificate is a requirement. (c) Any payment will be offset to the extent that the employee has received a reimbursement from another employer. (d) The Employer will only pay one APC unless there are operational requirements for an employee to maintain more than one APC.
