Common use of Annual Practising Certificate Clause in Contracts

Annual Practising Certificate. Where an employee is required by law to hold an annual practising certificate, the cost of the certificate shall be met by the employer provided that: (a) The employee must be engaged in duties for which the holding of a certificate is a requirement. (b) Any payment will be offset to the extent that the employee has received a reimbursement from another employer. (c) The Employer will only pay one APC unless there are operational requirements for an employee to maintain more than one APC.
