  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall, no later than 10 (ten) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Authority’s Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority’s Engineer.   • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.
