Examples of Research Completion Date in a sentence

  • Such equipment shall be returned in the state that it was in as of the Research Completion Date.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the Research Completion Date, the University and the Partner shall make, in mutual cooperation, the achievement report with respect to any Research Result which has been obtained during the Research Period of the Collaborative Research.

  • Subject to Section 3.6.3, if the Disputed Matter occurs prior to the Research Completion Date for the first Licensed Product (including proposed amendments to the Research Plan), then the Executive Officer of Sigilon shall have the right to make the final decision on such Disputed Matter, but shall only exercise such right in good faith after full consideration of the positions of both Parties.

  • Prior to the Research Completion Date for the first Licensed Product, Sigilon will be responsible for supplying itself with sufficient quantities of Licensed Product (including [***] for the conduct of the Sigilon Research Activities.

  • From and after the Research Completion Date, as between the Parties, Lilly shall be solely responsible for any communications with any Regulatory Authorities regarding the Licensed Products.

Related to Research Completion Date

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges or an indication of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b), or an equivalent clinical trial in a country in the Territory other than the United States.

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of normal volunteers and/or patients that is designed to establish that such Product is safe for its intended use and to support its continued testing in Phase 2 Clinical Trials. For purposes of this Agreement, ‘initiation’ of a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a Product means the first dosing of such Product in a human subject in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial.

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.
