Annual Rental. 32.1. The Contractor shall pay an annual rental of one million (US$ 1,000,000) US Dollars during the Exploration Period and Appraisal Period.
32.2. Payments under this Article 32 shall be paid on the Effective Date of the Petroleum Exploration Licence and on the anniversary date of the Petroleum Exploration Licence so long as the Petroleum Exploration Licence remains in force.
32.3. Payments under this Article shall be paid directly into bank accounts held and controlled by the Government. The Contractor shall verify such bank accounts and the Minister agrees to cooperate, assist and provide the Contractor any information it requires to conduct such verification.
Annual Rental. Lessee shall pay to Lessor on or before the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof an Annual Rental of Three Dollars ($ ) per acre per annum in advance during the continuance hereof. The Annual Rental shall not be credited against royalty, or prorated or refunded for any reason whatsoever.
Annual Rental. For each lease year prior to the commencement of production of geothermal resources in commercial quantities on the leased lands, the Lessee shall pay the Lessor on or before the anniversary date of the lease a rental of $2.00 for each acre or fraction thereof.
Annual Rental. Annual rental hereunder shall be payable in advance in equal monthly installments on the first day of each and every month throughout the Lease term at the office of Landlord as set forth in paragraph 1.04 hereof, or at such other place as Landlord shall designate to Tenant in writing, without prior demand. Rental for any fractional month shall be prorated and likewise payable in advance.
Annual Rental. The Company shall pay to EMRA an annual rental fee per squared kilometre of land included in the Exploration Area in accordance with Applicable Law. The rental value may be amended every three years by the Prime Minister’s Decree upon the proposal of EMRA's Board of Directors and after the presentation of the MINISTER as stipulated in Article (21) of the Executive Regulations of the Mineral Resources Law. Such rental payments shall be paid in advance. Each Exploration License shall accrue an annual rent per square kilometre of the Exploration Area or part thereof, rounded up to the nearest square kilometre as follows:
1. Five thousand pounds (EGP 5,000) per square kilometre for each year of the first Exploration period of two years.
2. Ten thousand pounds (EGP 10,000) per square kilometre for each year of the second Exploration period of two years (both the third and fourth year).
3. Fifteen thousand pounds (EGP 15,000) per square kilometre for each year of the third Exploration period of two years (both the fifth and sixth year).
4. Twenty thousand pounds (EGP 20,000) per square kilometre for each year of the last Exploration period of two years (the seventh and eighth year).
Annual Rental. The Annual Rental for the Premises shall be the total of the Fixed Rent, Tenant’s Share of Real Estate Taxes and Operating Expenses, and all other charges payable by Tenant (whether or not to Landlord) for the lease year ending next prior to such termination or repossession.
Annual Rental. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as annual rental for the Premises the sums described below (the “Annual Rent”) on the Commencement Date and on each consecutive anniversary thereof:
Annual Rental. The “Annual Rental” for the Premises shall be the total of the Fixed Rent, Sublessee’s Proportionate Share of Expenses, and all other charges payable by Sublessee (whether or not to Sublessor) as if such termination or repossession had not occurred.
Annual Rental. Annual/Standing rentals must be re-confirmed yearly. The management does not assume responsibility for these bookings.
Annual Rental. Tenant shall pay to Landlord during the Term at the address set forth in the Basic Lease Information, without demand, offset or deduction, Base Rent as set forth in the Basic Lease Information. Base Rent shall be payable on or before the first day of each month, in advance. If the Commencement Date or the Expiration Date should occur on a day other than the first or last day of a calendar month, respectively, then the Base Rent for such period shall be prorated.
