ANNUAL VACATION AND M DAYS. Annual Vacation will be taken on the basis of 8.08 hours per day with 35 minutes of each day of vacation placed in the employee’s M Day bank when taken in one-, two-, three-, four-, five- or six-week blocks. M Days falling within a holiday block will be taken as scheduled.

ANNUAL VACATION AND M DAYS. Annual Vacation will be taken on the basis of eight (8) hours. M-time does not accrue. and thirty-five (35) minutes (8.58 hrs) per day with thirty-five (35) minutes of each day of vacation placed in the Employee’s ‘M’ Day bank when taken in one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5) or six (6) week blocks. M Days falling within a holiday block will be taken as scheduled. Any excess time in an Employee’s ‘M’ Day bank may be used for the purpose of earning the next scheduled M Day.

Related to ANNUAL VACATION AND M DAYS

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.

  • ANNUAL VACATIONS Vacation entitlement earned during previous employment shall be credited to the employee, and vacations granted shall be in accordance with such previous entitlement (Articles 28.01 and 28.02).

  • Weeks Vacation Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take three (3) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal year following the date of employment. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one and one-quarter (1 1/4) days for each completed calendar month of service.

  • Annual Vacation Leave 30.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.

  • VACATION AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Benefit Plan. Income tax shall be deducted weekly from the employee's earnings increased by the amount of vacation pay.

  • Annual Vacation Pay Vacation pay shall be paid at the regular hourly rate of the Nurse in effect immediately prior to the Nurse taking vacation.
