Annual Vacation Year. a) The vacation year shall be the Employee's anniversary date of employment. b) At the discretion of the Employer vacation may be granted prior to completion of 1 year of employment. c) Requests for vacation shall be submitted in writing to Executive Director. d) 30 days in advance of the requested dates. The Employer must approve/disapprove within 1 week of the request.
