Work Exceeding Scheduled Hours a) When an employee other than Group Home Operators and Group Living Operators, agrees to work in the capacity of her position on a scheduled day of work or attends Employer required education, but over her regularly scheduled hours to the maximum of 40 hours per week she shall either accumulate time in lieu or be paid at overtime rates.
