Annual Verification of Representation Fee by Association. At least thirty (30) days prior to the collection of a representation fee from any unit member pursuant to these provisions, the Association shall submit a written certification to the District verifying that the total amount of its representation fee conforms to Section 3.7.4 above, and itemizing all component parts of such fee. Each year such amount shall be verified and submitted in writing to the District by the Association within thirty (30) days of August 1. The parties agree that such annual certification is a condition precedent to the collection by either the District or the Association of a representation fee from a unit member.

Annual Verification of Representation Fee by Association. The Association shall submit a copy of the detailed financial report to the District which the Association must make available to the Public Employment Relations Board pursuant to Government Code Section 3546.5. The parties agree that the Association must supply a copy of said financial report to the District as a condition precedent to the District's automatic deduction of the representation/service fee from a unit member's payroll.
Annual Verification of Representation Fee by Association. 11.5.1 At least twenty (20) working days prior to any requested enforcement of a representation fee from any teacher pursuant to Section 11.3 herein, the Association shall submit a written certification to the District verifying that the total amount of its representation fee conforms to this Article. 11.5.2 The Parties agree that such certification is a condition precedent to enforcement of the fee by the District as a condition of employment.
