AOC Contract Administrator. AOC shall appoint Xxxxxx Xxxxx, or her designee, as Contract Administrator for this Contract. She is designated to receive legal notices, and to administer this Contract. In coordination with the AOC Project Manager, all contract documents under PSCXXXXX requiring modification will be negotiated by the AOC Contract Administrator then forward to the AOC Contract Manager, or his designee, for final approval. The Contract Administrator will submit any finalized Contract document to Contractor for acceptance and signature. The AOC Contract Administrator will administer all Change Requests received from Contractor and coordinate approval process for all Change Orders under PSCXXXXX. She will also coordinate the resultant Contract Amendment due a mutually approved Change Order resulting in a change in schedule, scope or Maximum Amount.   • Contract Administrators The Architectural Designer and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Architectural Designer’s commencement of the Services. The Contract Administrators shall be in charge of the work covered by this Contract and the principal points of contact with respect to administration of this Contract and the parties’ overall relationship, and resolution of disputes arising hereunder. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.

  • CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & NOTICES Except for legal notices, the parties hereby designate the following contract administrators as the respective single points of contact for purposes of this Master Contract. Enterprise Services’ contract administrator shall provide Master Contract oversight. Contractor’s contract administrator shall be Contractor’s principal contact for business activities under this Master Contract. The parties may change contractor administrators by written notice as set forth below.   • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.
