Apartment Keys Sample Clauses

Apartment Keys. Each tenant shall be provided with one key to the unit that is the subject of this agreement. For the security of all building occupants, duplication or transferring of unit keys is expressly prohibited. Xxxxxx agrees not to lend the key to guest(s) under any circumstances. Unauthorized copying, transferring, or lending of an apartment key will be regarded as a material breach of this agreement, subject to Section 2f above. Upon a breach, there may be a seventy-five-dollar ($75) fee to cover the associated expenses with the changing of the lock and purchasing of a replacement set of keys, to be imposed at Xxxxxxxx’ discretion. There will be a twenty-five-dollar ($25) fee to replace a misplaced or stolen key, unless tenant desires that the lock be changed, in which case the fee will be a seventy-five-dollar ($75) fee, regardless of the reason for the change.

Apartment Keys. Each tenant shall surrender to the Apartment Corporation a key or keys to his/her apartment. No tenant shall alter any lock or install a new lock on any door leading into the apartment of such tenant without providing the Apartment Corporation with a key for the Corporation’s use. If this rule is not observed and it becomes necessary for any reason to break into an apartment, the tenant shall be liable for all damages to the door and for all damages to any other parts of the building caused by the delay in obtaining access to the apartment. All keys are safely stored and logged into the building’s KeyTrak system.

  • Storage Services 2.1.   • SHOPPING CENTRES 1. The general terms and provisions of the VBIA shall apply to “Shopping Centres” (as defined) with the following variations:

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.

  • Modern Slavery You hereby affirm your compliance with the Modern Slavery Xxx 0000 and associated guidance. You confirm (a) that you have read, are familiar with and shall not perform an act or omission which is in contravention with, the letter or spirit of the Act; and (b) you carry out regular, meaningful and comprehensive due diligence procedures and have internal policies in place to address any suspected human rights abuse in your business and Group where applicable.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
