API Restrictions. Except as expressly and unambiguously authorized under the Agreement or by WENO in writing, the API Partner shall not (i) disclose or provide the APIs to any person or entity that is not authorized under the Agreement;

You agree that you will not (and will not permit any third party to) directly or indirectly: (a) create an API client that functions substantially the same as the HelloSign APIs; (b) make any use of the HelloSign APIs for any purpose independent of the Customer Properties; (c) misrepresent the source or ownership of the HelloSign APIs or remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices, falsify or delete any author attributions, legal notices or other labels of the origin or source of the HelloSign APIs; or (d) interfere with or disrupt the HelloSign APIs or the servers or networks providing the HelloSign APIs or Services.

API Restrictions. 4.1 Use of an API and/or API Content/Services is subject to reasonable information security policies and procedures, including but not limited to OTP procedures, which may not be fully disclosed and may vary from time to time. When accessing or using an API and/or API Content/Services under this Agreement, you, your End Users and/or your Application may not:
a. modify, obscure, circumvent, or disable any element of an API and/or API Content Services, or their access control features;
b. disrupt, interfere with, or adversely impact the access or use of an API and/or API Content/Services;
c. disclose, share, or transfer your Token or OTP to any third party or allow anyone else to access your BAM account unless expressly authorised in this Agreement;
d. infringe, misuse, or claim ownership of Bridgeweave Intellectual Property Rights;
e. transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any other malware through your Application or your access to or use of an API and/or API Content/Services; or
f. use any API and/or API Content/Services in furtherance of or in connection with any live transaction (whether virtual or real) or any transaction with legal or other real consequences to you, your End Users or any participant in the transaction, regardless of whether the data involved is Sandbox Data or was otherwise provided or furnished for use by you, your End Users or your Application.

When accessing or using an API and/or API Content/Services, you, your End Users and/or your Application may not: ▪ Modify, obscure, circumvent, or disable any element of an API and/or API Content Services, or their access control features; ▪ Disrupt, interfere with, or adversely impact the access or use of an API and/or API Content/Services by us or others; ▪ Disclose, share, or transfer your Token to any third party or allow anyone else to access your account; ▪ Infringe, misuse, or claim ownership of our intellectual property; ▪ Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any other malware through your Application or your access to or use of an API and/or API Content/Services; ▪ Except as expressly authorized by us, use any robot, spider, retrieval application, or other automated functionality to retrieve or index any portion of our data, products, or services for any unauthorized purpose.

When accessing or using an API and/or API Content/Services under this Sandbox Agreement, you, your End Users and/or your Application may not: • disrupt, interfere with, or adversely impact the access or use of an API and/or API Content/Services by Us or others; • disclose, share, or transfer your Token or OTP to any third party or allow anyone else to access your Open Platform Website account unless expressly authorized in this Service Agreement; • infringe, misuse, or claim ownership of Our intellectual property; • transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any other malware through your Application or your access to or use of an API and/or API Content/Services; • use the API and/or API Content/Services in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing an individual's eligibility for credit, employment or insurance or for any other consumer initiated transaction as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act or any similar law; • use it in connection with an Application that offers, permits or promotes gambling within the Application; • use it in connection with an Application that is offensive, abusive, libelous, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar, pornographic, unethical, unlawful (or that promotes unlawful behavior), or that is otherwise inappropriate as determined by Us in Our sole discretion; • except as expressly authorized by Us, use any robot, spider, retrieval application, or other automated functionality to retrieve or index any portion of Our data, products, or services for any unauthorized purpose; or • use any API and/or API Content/Services in furtherance of or in connection with any live transaction (whether virtual or real) or any transaction with legal or other real consequences to you, your End Users or any participant in the transaction, regardless of whether the data involved is Sandbox Data or was otherwise provided or furnished for use by you, your End Users or your Application.
API Restrictions. When using the Marketplacer APIs, you shall:
3.1. restrict disclosure of the API Key, or any part thereof, to your agents, employees, or service providers, who must require access to use, maintain, implement, correct, or update the Application, and who are subject to contractual obligations equal to or greater than those contained herein;
3.2. not use or access the Marketplacer APIs in order to monitor the availability, performance, or functionality of the Marketplacer APIs, the Services or any portion thereof or for any similar benchmarking purposes;
3.3. not remove or destroy any copyright notices, proprietary markings or confidentiality notices placed upon, contained within, or associated with the Marketplacer APIs;
3.4. not engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, xxxxx, damages, or accesses in an unauthorized manner the servers, security, networks, data, applications or other properties or services of Marketplacer or any third party;
3.5. not circumvent technological measures intended to prevent direct database access, or manufacture tools or products of Marketplacer;
3.6. not modify, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, reconstruct, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of the Marketplacer APIs or the Services, or any aspect or portion thereof, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
3.7. not bypass restrictions on Marketplacer APIs for any reason;
3.8. not develop Applications that excessively burden the Marketplacer system, distribute spyware, adware or other commonly objectionable programs;
3.9. not develop an Application whose primary purpose is to migrate customers away from the Marketplacer platform;
3.10. not access or use the Marketplacer APIs to develop or distribute the Application in any way in furtherance of criminal, fraudulent, or other unlawful activity;
3.11. not request more than the minimum amount of data from Marketplacer APIs needed by the Application to provide the Operator with the intended Application functionality, or any data outside any permissions granted by the Operator;
3.12. not falsify or alter any unique identifier in, or assigned to the Application, or otherwise obscure or alter the source of queries coming from an Application; and
3.13. not include code in any Application which performs any operations not related to the services provided by the Application, whether or not the Application obtains consent from the end user to do so.

API Restrictions. You agree to exercise reasonable efforts to prevent any unauthorized use or disclosure of the API or the API Keys. You will not provide access to the API or the API Keys to any third party.. You will notify us immediately upon the discovery of any unauthorized use of your API Key. You will not attempt to access, reverse engineer, or make available to Users any interface or functionality of VolunteerMatch servers or VolunteerMatch Services not expressly included in the API or otherwise documented by VolunteerMatch for public use.
