Appeal of Current Duties and Salaries. Employees may bring any issues around their duties, responsibilities and ranking to the Joint Labour Management Committee. If the parties are unable to resolve the issues at the Joint Labour Management Committee, such issues may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism below.
