Applicability of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. Those provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended, which are not referenced or otherwise covered by this contract provision are hereby incorporated into this agreement by reference and shall apply in respect to all family and medical leaves in the same manner as if those provisions were included in this agreement.
