Application of State Law. References in this Agreement to “State law” or specific tax acts shall refer to State law or the act as presently enacted and subsequently amended. Except as modified in this Agreement, the provisions of State law relating to the taxes that are subject of this Agreement shall apply to the Tribe, Tribal Members, and Tribal Entities.
