Application of this Article. 12.4.1 The parties will jointly develop and maintain an operating plan consistent with the provisions of this Article. Such plans will be approved by the appropriate Company official and the Power Workers’ Union Vice President. Failure to jointly develop an operating plan will not adversely affect either party’s rights under the provisions of this Article. 12.4.2 Management and Union representatives may choose to jointly review the application of their operating plan and determine the need for changes at any time over the life of this agreement. 12.4.3 Until March 31, 2000, Article 13, Article 14, Mid-Term Agreement PW-2 Contracting Out, PW-46-1, PW-46-1 Appendix A, and Mid-Term Agreement PW-12 Future Agency Employees are suspended.
