APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR VACANCIES. 1. Teacher is to submit a written request (written or email) for the posted vacancy to the Central Office. 2. As soon as it is known, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall provide written or email notification to the teacher as to whether or not an interview will be granted to him/her. 3. If an interview is conducted, the Superintendent or his/her designee will provide written notification informing the teacher if it is anticipated that the requested transfer to the vacant position will occur. This notification shall be given at the earliest possible time irrespective of formal Board action.
