Appointee of the Union President. The designee of the Board Chairperson shall chair the Health and Safety Committee. This Committee shall meet quarterly, the meetings to start at 4:00 p.m. and to last approximately one (1) hour. This Committee shall be advisory in nature and may make recommendations on health and safety issues to the Board for its consideration. During the time period between meetings, health and safety issues of an emergent nature will be brought to the Directors or Designees immediate attention for resolution.
