Common use of Apprentice/Trainee Supervision Clause in Contracts

Apprentice/Trainee Supervision. To ensure that Apprentices/Trainees are appropriately trained and supervised the Parties agree to comply with the Electrical, Electrotechnology, Energy & Water Skills Board (SA) Inc. ‘Guidelines for the Supervision of Apprentices/Trainees in the Electrical, Electricity Supply, Refrigeration, Instrumentation, Electronics and Communications Vocations’ as contained in this Agreement.
