Common use of Apprentice Training Trust Clause in Contracts

Apprentice Training Trust. Effective August 1, 2014, each employer shall contribute the amount set forth in Appendix A for each hour an employee performs work covered by this Agreement to the Bricklayers Local 3 Apprenticeship Trust, which amount may be increased in accordance with Article IV, of this Agreement. The total amount due for each calendar month shall be remitted in a lump sum not later than fifteen (15) days after the last business day of each month. Failure to make all payments herein provided for within the time specified shall be a breach of this Agreement. Damages for delinquency shall be as set forth in Article XI herein.
