APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING PROGRAMS. 14.1 It is recognized and agreed that in order to update the skills of tradesmen and registered apprentices covered by the terms of this Agreement all Employers shall pay into the United Association Canadian Training Trust Fund eight cents (8¢) per hour for each hour worked by its employees under the terms of this Agreement.
