APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING PROGRAMS. 11.1 The Employer agrees to pay into operative apprenticeship and training funds established or recognized by agreements between locals of the Union and builders' exchanges, contractors' associations or contractors the amounts specified as funds for apprenticeship and training in the above agreements when employing tradesmen in the specific locality covered by the agreements.
