Apprenticeships/Trainees. The Company is committed to employing Apprentices/Trainees to enhance the industry’s future skills. Trainees will receive the determined ratios of rates of pay of Appendix 6. Trainees will be paid when attending courses during ordinary hours. All “new entrant trainees” - training will be undertaken as per the conditions set out in Appendix 6.
