Common use of Approved and Unused Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Approved and Unused Sick Leave. If a recipient returns to work prior to the utilization of all donated days, any days approved by the Committee that are unused by the recipient shall be returned to the donor(s) in reverse chronological order based on the date and time the donor form was received. If a recipient dies prior to utilizing all donated days, the donated days will remain with the recipient, unless directed otherwise by the family of the recipient.
