Approved Rates. Only the approved hourly rates and storage fees for this year will be used. Any modification made by the owner/operator or their Employees to exceed these rates without prior written authorization from the station commander will result in suspension or termination.

Approved Rates. “Approved Rates” means the rates or charges authorized by‌ the Authority from time to time to be paid at the Approved Facilities for Directed Waste and Materials received at the Approved Facility to pay for operational costs and other obligations of the Authority.

Approved Rates. Fees charged for response to calls originated by the Fremont Police Department must not exceed the approved Tow Fee Schedule (Exhibit D). Charging a rate above those approved is a material breach justifying termination of the agreement. The operator is not precluded from charging less when deemed appropriate by the operator. This section shall not be construed as requiring a charge when the operator would not normally charge for the particular service.

  • Discount Rates 1.1 The discount rates applied to Comcast Phone purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit E. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by Comcast Phone for the purposes of resale to Comcast Phone’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
