Hiring Rates. The wage rates of all new employees hired on or after October 1, 2017 shall be in accordance with the wage scale based on years of experience in the given job classification or other relevant experience. Minimum Wage July Adjustments: Beginning on July 1, 2018 and continuing every subsequent July 1st of the contract, any classification and step within that classification that would fall below the new regional minimum wage plus an additional two percent (2%) shall be increased as follows: Step 0 of any applicable classifications shall be increased to equal the regional minimum wage plus an additional two percent (2%). The remaining steps shall then be adjusted upwards to maintain the thirty-five cent ($0.35) distance between steps. All workers in the classification shall have their wage increased so as to remain on an actual step. This section shall be funded out of the two cents ($0.02) designated for minimum wage from the 2017 cumulative economic package and shall not be funded by the following year’s cumulative economic package. Employees Hired in above the Wage Scale: Any Employee hired who has more than eleven (11) years of applicable experience will be placed at a minimum on the top step of the wage scale.

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Services;

Borrower understands and agrees that Bank may base its quotation of the Inter-Bank Market Offered Rate upon such offers or other market indicators of the Inter-Bank Market as Bank in its discretion deems appropriate including, but not limited to, the rate offered for U.S. dollar deposits on the London Inter-Bank Market.

  • Base LIBOR Rate means the rate per annum, determined by Agent in accordance with its customary procedures, and utilizing such electronic or other quotation sources as it considers appropriate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16%), on the basis of the rates at which Dollar deposits are offered to major banks in the London interbank market on or about 11:00 a.m. (California time) 2 Business Days prior to the commencement of the applicable Interest Period, for a term and in amounts comparable to the Interest Period and amount of the LIBOR Rate Loan requested by Administrative Borrower in accordance with this Agreement, which determination shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

  • Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means March 21, 2023March 28, 2022.

  • Pricing Rate Determination Date means with respect to any Pricing Rate Period with respect to any Transaction, the second (2nd) Business Day preceding the first day of such Pricing Rate Period.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable L/C Margin, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Margin, the Applicable Revolver Index Margin and the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin.

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Advance Rates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Incremental value means a figure derived by multiplying the marginal value of the property located within a project area on which tax increment is collected by a number that represents the adjusted tax increment from that project area that is paid to the agency.

  • Termination Rate means a rate per annum equal to the arithmetic mean of the cost (without proof or evidence of any actual cost) to each party (as certified by such party) if it were to fund or of funding such amounts.

  • Revolving Commitment Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date, (ii) the date the Revolving Commitments are permanently reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.13(b) or 2.14, and (iii) the date of the termination of the Revolving Commitments pursuant to Section 8.1.

  • Incremental Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(c).

  • Extended Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).

  • Incremental Term Commitment means, with respect to any Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Lender, established pursuant an Incremental Facility Agreement and Section 2.21, to make Incremental Term Loans of any Series hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum principal amount of the Incremental Term Loans of such Series to be made by such Lender.

  • Prime Lending Rate means the rate which the Administrative Agent announces from time to time as its prime lending rate, the Prime Lending Rate to change when and as such prime lending rate changes. The Prime Lending Rate is a reference rate and does not necessarily represent the lowest or best rate actually charged to any customer by the Administrative Agent, which may make commercial loans or other loans at rates of interest at, above or below the Prime Lending Rate.

  • Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate means, for any day, a per annum interest rate which is equal to the quotient of the following:
