APS Project Officer. The performance of the Contractor is subject to the review and approval of the APS Project Officer (“Project Officer”) who shall be appointed by the Director of the APS department requesting the Work under this Contract. However, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to manage the details of the execution and performance of its Work under the Contract Documents.
