ARBITRATION DECISION AND COSTS. The decision of the arbitrators or a majority of them, shall be in writing and shall be final and binding upon the Parties as to the issue(s) submitted. The cost of the hearing shall be shared equally by the Parties, and each Party shall be responsible for its own expenses and those of its counsel or other representatives. Each Party hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection it may have to the arbitrability of any such Disputes, controversies or claims and further agrees that a final determination in any such arbitration proceeding shall be conclusive and binding upon each Party.
