Architect Authority. The Architect will have authority to order minor changes in the Work not involving any adjustment in the Guaranteed Maximum Price, or an extension of the Contract Time, or a change that is inconsistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. These changes shall be effected by written Change Order, Construction Change Directive, or by Architect’s response(s) to RFI(s), or by Architect’s Supplemental Instructions (“ASI”).
Architect Authority. The Architect will have authority to order minor changes in the Work that do not involve DSA Approval not involving any adjustment in the Contract Sum, or an extension of the Contract Time.

The Judicial Council’s architect for the Project will have authority to order minor changes in the work not involving any adjustment in the Project Price, or an extension of the Contract Time, or a change that is inconsistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. These changes shall be effected by written Change Order.

Architect Authority. The Architect shall have the authority to order minor changes in the Approved Plans and Specifications (i) not involving any adjustment in the Funding Cap, in the aggregate, in excess of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000), (ii) that do not require DSA approval, and (iii) that are consistent with the intent of the relevant construction documents and this Agreement. These changes may be effected by written Change Order issued pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, by Architect’s response(s) to RFI(s), or by Architect’s Supplemental Instructions (ASI).
