Area 1 Activities. AUTHORITY may enter upon and use Area 1 of the City Property (as depicted in Exhibit “A”) for construction Contractor staging purposes, including, without limitation, depositing, storing, stockpiling, removing, transporting and relocating soils (including, without limitation, bentonite and other products associated with microtunneling and open-cut trench construction techniques), building materials, supplies, lumber, aggregates, structural steel, sheet piles, pipes, tools, equipment, vehicles, construction trailers, temporary sanitary facilities, machinery and appliances and conducting such other activities that are necessary or convenient for the construction of Authority's Project.

  • Restricted Activities The Executive agrees that some restrictions on his activities during and after his employment are necessary to protect the goodwill, Confidential Information and other legitimate interests of the Company and its Affiliates:
