Temporary Sanitary Facilities. Contractor shall arrange and pay for toilet facilities and maintain those facilities in accordance with the public health authority having jurisdiction.
Temporary Sanitary Facilities. The Contractor shall provide and maintain adequate and clean sanitary facilities for the construction work force. The facilities shall comply with local codes and regulations and be situated at approved locations.

Adequate and satisfactory drinking water shall be provided at all times and under no circumstances and under no conditions will the use of common cups be permitted. The Job Order Contractor must supply sanitary drinking cups for the benefit of all employees.
Temporary Sanitary Facilities. 20.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide and maintain necessary sanitary conveniences for the use of those employed on or about the WORK, properly secluded from public observation in such a manner and at such points as shall be approved by the OWNER'S representative, and their use shall be strictly enforced.

The Contractor shall coordinate installation of any staging or scaffolding by Contractors INDEMNIFICATION: To the fullest extent permitted by Law, Contractor will indemnify, defend and hold harmless College, including its current and former trustees, officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses for bodily or personal injury or any personal property damage (such as tools or equipment) sustained by any employee, or any of their employees or any party whose actions they are liable for, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of, or from the performance of its operations or services, its or anyone directly or indirectly employed by them or anyone for whose acts they may be liable, regardless of whether or not such claim, damage, loss or expense is caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder, excepting the gross negligence or deliberate act of the College or any College employee. Such obligation shall not be construed to negate, abridge or reduce other rights or obligations of indemnity which would otherwise exist in the absence of this agreement. Subject to the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, Contractor will indemnify, defend and hold harmless College, including its current and former trustees, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses sustained or caused by them, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or from the performance of its operations or services, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by them or anyone for whose acts they may be liable, to the extent that the Contractor is responsible for the loss. Temporary Sanitary Facilities. Sanitary facilities will not be available at the job site. The roofing contractor shall be responsible for the provision and maintenance of portable toilets or their equal.
Temporary Sanitary Facilities. Provide and maintain all required temporary toilets and sinks for use of all design and construction personnel and field labor through Final Completion. Design Builder will provide at least 1 temporary sanitary facility for every 20 persons, or more if required by the applicable Governmental Authorities. (1) An enclosed portable toilet shall be placed on each construction site prior to the start of construction and shall remain thereon until operational toilet facilities are available in the house under construction. Where there is to be multiple usages by more than one construction project of a single toilet facility, the application for construction filed with the Committee shall request such dual usage.
(2) The portable toilet shall be placed at least twenty-five (25) feet from the edge of the roadway in an inconspicuous location with the door facing away from the street.
(3) Contractors or contractor employees shall not use LHCC sanitation facilities, such as the campgrounds, beaches, clubhouse, or lake.
Temporary Sanitary Facilities. 18.1 General Construction Subcontractor shall supply and maintain temporary sanitary facilities “porta- potties” around the site. Subcontractor may request temporary sanitary facilities specifically in their work area. If CH2M HILL agrees, CH2M HILL shall have appropriate facilities installed and maintained; else, Subcontractor employees shall be required to use them in the general locations.
18.2 Temporary sanitary facilities are generally for the use of all project participants.
