Temporary Sanitary Facilities. The Contractor shall provide and maintain adequate and clean sanitary facilities for the construction work force. The facilities shall comply with local codes and regulations and be situated at approved locations.
Temporary Sanitary Facilities. The Job Order Contractor shall provide ample toilet facilities with proper enclosures for the use of workers employed on the Work site. Toilet facilities shall be installed and maintained in conformity with all applicable State and local laws, codes, regulations and ordinances and shall be properly lit and ventilated, and kept clean at all times. Adequate and satisfactory drinking water shall be provided at all times and under no circumstances and under no conditions will the use of common cups be permitted. The Job Order Contractor must supply sanitary drinking cups for the benefit of all employees.
Temporary Sanitary Facilities. The Contractor shall make arrangements for securing and shall pay all costs for temporary toilets, wash facilities and drinking water including toilet tissue, paper towels, paper cups and similar disposable materials for use by the Contractor, subcontractors or other persons over whom the Contractor has control. The Contractor shall coordinate installation of any staging or scaffolding by Contractors INDEMNIFICATION: To the fullest extent permitted by Law, Contractor will indemnify, defend and hold harmless College, including its current and former trustees, officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses for bodily or personal injury or any personal property damage (such as tools or equipment) sustained by any employee, or any of their employees or any party whose actions they are liable for, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of, or from the performance of its operations or services, its or anyone directly or indirectly employed by them or anyone for whose acts they may be liable, regardless of whether or not such claim, damage, loss or expense is caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder, excepting the gross negligence or deliberate act of the College or any College employee. Such obligation shall not be construed to negate, abridge or reduce other rights or obligations of indemnity which would otherwise exist in the absence of this agreement. Subject to the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, Contractor will indemnify, defend and hold harmless College, including its current and former trustees, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses sustained or caused by them, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or from the performance of its operations or services, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by them or anyone for whose acts they may be liable, to the extent that the Contractor is responsible for the loss. Temporary Sanitary Facilities. 20.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide and maintain necessary sanitary conveniences for the use of those employed on or about the WORK, properly secluded from public observation in such a manner and at such points as shall be approved by the OWNER'S representative, and their use shall be strictly enforced.
