AREA MEASUREMENT. The length of the sample shall be measured in three locations, 12.7 mm from each end and in the middle, and recorded as L1, L2 and L3 (Figure 3). In the same manner, the width shall be measured and recorded as W1, W2 and W3 (Figure 3). These measurements shall be taken on the centreline of the thickness. The crush area shall then be calculated as: A = (L1 + L2 + L3) x (W1 + W2 + W3)
AREA MEASUREMENT. (1) The area measurement of the agricultural parcel as part of an on-the-spot verification shall be carried out on all agricultural parcels for which an aid application and/or payment request has been submitted.
(2) The Financing Agreement concluded by the Commission and Serbia, or any amendment thereof, may provide that the actual area measurement of the agricultural parcel as part of an on-the-spot verification be limited to a randomly selected sample of parcels. If such a case applies the Financing Agreement shall also indicate the minimum sample size. When this sample verification reveals any non-compliance, all agricultural parcels shall be measured, or conclusions from the measured sample shall be extrapolated.
(3) Agricultural parcel areas shall be measured by any means proven to assure measurement of a quality at least equivalent to that obtained by Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) or ortho-imagery.
(4) A single value buffer tolerance shall be defined for all area measurements performed using GNSS and/or ortho-imagery. For this purpose the measurement tools used shall be validated for at least one validation class of buffer tolerance below the single value. However, the single tolerance value shall not exceed 1.25 m. The maximum tolerance with regard to each agricultural parcel shall not, in absolute terms, exceed 1.0 ha.
(5) The total area of an agricultural parcel may be taken into account in the measurement provided that it is fully eligible. In other cases the net eligible area shall be taken into account.
AREA MEASUREMENT. 1. The payment of wages is based on delivery area time, which is primarily determined using the standard time system. The norms of the standard time system are specified locally with the shop xxxxxxx. The basic norms of area measurement are the area base time and item-specific handling time.
2. Delivery companies shall start to apply the xxxx- dard time system to area measurement, unless locally agreed otherwise with the shop xxxxxxx.
3. The delivery employee and the employer have the right to demand that the delivery area time determined using the standard time system or any other method be checked by clocking. In the absence of changes in the area conditions, clocking may be demanded only once a year. The clocking must be performed within reasonable time of expressing the demand. The new delivery area time and corresponding wages come into effect as from the date on which the clocking was demanded.
4. The delivery employee and the employee’s shop xxxxxxx have the right to participate in a review of working hours spent on delivery of newspapers. The shop xxxxxxx is compensated for loss of earnings. The employer notifies the delivery employee and the shop xxxxxxx of the clocking.
1) The area base time covers moving in the area with- out any other activity.
AREA MEASUREMENT. Rentable Area" means area measured in accordance with American National Standard Z65.1-1996, as published by BOMA International.

AREA MEASUREMENT. Sublessee and Sublessor has reviewed and approved the system of measurement, the useable and rentable square footage of the subject premises.
AREA MEASUREMENT. Tenant has reviewed and approves the system of measurement defining the rentable and usable square footage of the Premises.
AREA MEASUREMENT. “Rentable Area” means rentable area measured in accordance with American National Standard Z65.1-1996, as published by BOMA International (“BOMA Standards”). The Rentable Area of the Premises has already been measured. An artificial load (“R/U”) factor of 1.13 (which is not in excess of that provided under BOMA Standards) has been applied to the usable area of the Premises to determine the Rentable Area.
AREA MEASUREMENT. Lessee has reviewed and approves the system of measurement, the usable and rentable square footage of the subject premises.
AREA MEASUREMENT. “Rentable Area” means area measured in accordance with American National Standard Z65.1-1980, as published by BOMA International.
