Area Measurement. The length of the sample shall be measured in three locations, 12.7 mm from each end and in the middle, and recorded as L1, L2 and L3 (Figure 3). In the same manner, the width shall be measured and recorded as W1, W2 and W3 (Figure 3). These measurements shall be taken on the centreline of the thickness. The crush area shall then be calculated as: A = (L1 + L2 + L3) x (W1 + W2 + W3)
Area Measurement. (1) The area measurement of the agricultural parcel as part of an on-the-spot verification shall be carried out on all agricultural parcels for which an aid application and/or payment request has been submitted.

Area Measurement. For purposes of this Lease, the Premises and the Building Rentable Area shall be based on Area Measurement Rules, Section 5000.310, Illinois Administrative Code derived from “Standard Method of Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings,” Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International, 1983 Edition (A.K.A. 1980 Edition).
Area Measurement. The area of the Leased Premises shall be verified by the Landlord's architect in accordance with B.O.M.A. measurement methods and a signed certificate stating the actual measurement of the Leased Premises shall be issued to the Tenant. The actual rental shall be adjusted upwards or downwards in accordance with actual area measurement.
Area Measurement. “Rentable Area” means rentable area measured in accordance with American National Standard Z65.1-1996, as published by BOMA International (“BOMA Standards”). The Rentable Area of the Premises has already been measured. An artificial load (“R/U”) factor of 1.13 (which is not in excess of that provided under BOMA Standards) has been applied to the usable area of the Premises to determine the Rentable Area.
Area Measurement. If requested in writing by the Tenant, the Rentable Area of the Premises for the purposes of calculating the Net Rent payable by the Tenant and calculation of the Tenant's proportionate share of utilities (if applicable), operating costs (if applicable), and taxes as set out in this Offer to Lease, shall be verified using the most current S.I.O.R standards, by an architect, engineer, or professional space measuring company licensed to practice in Ontario, who shall provide a certificate addressed and delivered to the Tenant, obtained at the Landlord's expense, prior to the Commencement Date.
Area Measurement. Prior to the Date of Occupancy, the Landlord will provide to the Tenant a certificate of measurement of the Leased Premises and of the Building in accordance with BOMA (1996 version) measurement methods, confirming the gross rentable area of the Leased Premises and the proportionate share of the Tenant. Should the final measurement of the Leased Premises differ from the gross rentable area specified in Section 1, then the cash flow for the rent and the proportionate space will be adjusted accordingly. In no event the gross rentable area of the Leased Premises shall exceed the gross rentable area specified in Section 1 by more than ONE PERCENT (1%). It is understood that the Gross Rent per square foot specified in Section 5 shall remain unchanged. The measurement of the Leased Premises shall be at the Landlord’s expense.
