Arrangement of visits if you are a landlord. If you are a landlord, your tenant and/or agent is entitled to arrange for us to visit your property unless you have specifically instructed us otherwise in writing. It is up to you to obtain any information or documentation from them following such a visit, and to ensure that they comply with your requirements if you wish their rights to arrange visits to be restricted.
