Arrests of Students Off School Grounds During Operating School Hours. When a student is arrested off school grounds during operating school hours, or under circumstances that would lead the arresting officer to believe that a school official was responsible for the care and custody of the student at the time of the arrest, or where the arresting officer reasonably believes that the student was in transit between school and his home at the time of arrest, the arresting officer shall, as soon as practicable, notify the building principal of the school in which the student is enrolled. All information concerning the basis and circumstances of the arrest shall be provided to the building principal on a confidential basis and in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60, as summarized in Article 8.4 of this Agreement.

  • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order. If procedural objections are raised or the Regional Water Board requires a public hearing prior to the Stipulated Order becoming effective, the Parties agree to meet and confer concerning any such objections, and may agree to revise or adjust the procedure and/or this Stipulated Order as necessary or advisable under the circumstances.
