Common use of Arrival and Dismissal Time Clause in Contracts

Arrival and Dismissal Time. No employee shall be required to report for duty earlier than thirty (30) minutes before the opening of the students’ school day, and shall be permitted to leave thirty (30) minutes after the close of the pupils’ school day except for meetings deemed necessary by the staff or administration and for in- service/workdays. The length of the employee’s school day shall not exceed eight (8) hours. On Fridays or on days preceding holidays or vacations, the employees may depart after all of their responsibilities have been concluded.
