Article 39 - Payment of Salaries. In lieu of this Article, the following shall apply: A Casual Employee shall be entitled to the hourly salary rate which is the minimum salary rate for that class of employment for which the Employee is hired. With effect from June 20, 1982 a Casual Employee who has completed the equivalent of: HOURS OF WORK SERVICE 942.50 6 MONTHS shall be entitled to receive the hourly rate shown in the above Schedule provided that any increase may be withheld subject to the Grievance Procedure for unsatisfactory performance. A negotiated increase shall not be withheld except that portion by which an Employee's salary is presently over-range. Increases shall be granted effective on the first pay period following the completion of the hours of work as shown above.

  • Payment of Salaries 5.5.1 Basis of Calculation The salaries of principals shall be paid fortnightly and the gross salary for a full pay period is calculated as 14/365ths of the annual salary rate. For broken periods the calculation is the number of days due multiplied by the annual rate and divided by 365. Gross salary comprises all salary and allowances (temporary and those paid on a regular basis).

City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Payment of Costs and Legal Fees and Reinstatement of Benefits In the event any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with the Executive’s termination is resolved in favor of the Executive, whether by judgment, arbitration or settlement, the Executive shall be entitled to the payment of (a) all legal fees incurred by the Executive in resolving such dispute or controversy, and (b) any back-pay, including Base Salary, bonuses and any other cash compensation, fringe benefits and any compensation and benefits due to the Executive under this Agreement.

  • Payment of Bills Except as otherwise indicated herein or on the Service Order(s), Comcast will invoice Customer in advance on a monthly basis for all monthly recurring Service charges and fees arising under the Agreement. All other charges will be billed monthly in arrears. Customer shall make payment to Comcast for all invoiced amounts within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice. Any amounts not paid to Comcast within such period will be considered past due. If a Service Commencement Date is not the first day of a billing period, Xxxxxxxx’s next monthly invoice shall include a prorated charge for the Services, from the date of installation to the first day of the new billing. In certain cases, Comcast may agree to provide billing services on behalf of third parties, as the agent of the third party. Any such third-party charges shall be payable pursuant to any contract or other arrangement between Customer and the third party. Comcast shall not be responsible for any dispute regarding these charges between Xxxxxxxx and such third party. Customer must address all such disputes directly with the third party.

  • Exclusivity of Salary and Benefits The Executive shall not be entitled to any payments or benefits other than those provided under this Agreement.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director - Marketing Services, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern. 2.   • Payment of Trust Expenses and Compensation of Trustees The Trustees are authorized to pay or to cause to be paid out of the principal or income of the Trust, or partly out of principal and partly out of income, and to charge or allocate the same to, between or among such one or more of the Series and Classes that may be established and designated pursuant to Article IV, as the Trustees deem fair, all expenses, fees, charges, taxes and liabilities incurred or arising in connection with the Trust, or in connection with the management thereof, including, but not limited to, the Trustees' compensation and such expenses and charges for the services of the Trust's officers, employees, investment adviser, administrator, distributor, principal underwriter, auditor, counsel, depository, custodian, transfer agent, dividend disbursing agent, accounting agent, Shareholder servicing agent, and such other agents, consultants, and independent contractors and such other expenses and charges as the Trustees may deem necessary or proper to incur. Without limiting the generality of any other provision hereof, the Trustees shall be entitled to reasonable compensation from the Trust for their services as Trustees and may fix the amount of such compensation.

  • Indemnification and Reimbursement of Payments on Behalf of Executive The Company, Employer and their respective Subsidiaries shall be entitled to deduct or withhold from any amounts owing from the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to Executive any federal, state, local or foreign withholding taxes, excise taxes, or employment taxes (“Taxes”) imposed with respect to Executive’s compensation or other payments from the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Executive’s ownership interest in the Company, including, without limitation, wages, bonuses, dividends, the receipt or exercise of equity options and/or the receipt or vesting of restricted equity. In the event the Company or its Subsidiaries does not make such deductions or withholdings, Executive shall indemnify the Company and its Subsidiaries for any amounts paid with respect to any such Taxes, together with any interest, penalties and related expenses thereto.
