Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Modification to Article V, Section 4 of the DPA Article V, Section 4 of the DPA (Data Breach.) is amended with the following additions: (6) For purposes of defining an unauthorized disclosure or security breach, this definition specifically includes meanings assigned by Texas law, including applicable provisions in the Texas Education Code and Texas Business and Commerce Code.
Basic Agreement The COUNTY agrees to sell, and the PURCHASER agrees to purchase, all timber as designated herein, located on the sale area.
