ARTICLE OVERTIME. An employee who is required to workovertime shall be paid overtime compensation for each fifteen (15) minutes of overtime worked by him subject to a minimumpayment of one (1) hour at the overtime rate when the overtime work is authorized in advance by the Association. Employees shall record starting and finishing times of overtime worked on a form determined Association. The Association shall every reasonable effort:
