ARTICLE VACATIONS. For the purpose of calculating eligibility, the vacation year shall be the period from January of any year to December of the following year. The periods at which employees shall take vacation shall be based on the selection by employee according to seniority in each department, but shall be finally determined by the Administrator having due concern for the proper operation of Nursing Home. This may constitute working consecutive weekends during this period.
