WORK ON DAYS OFF 25 26 (a) Schedule Checkers must complete forty (40) hours of work at the straight time rate 27 of pay before overtime pay is earned. OCB Schedule Checkers who work their 28 days off are excluded from this subsection. 30 (b) An OCB Schedule Checker will be guaranteed twelve (12) hours pay time within an 31 eleven (11) hour spread. 33 (c) A Schedule Checker laying off of his/her own accord will be paid at one and one- 34 half (½) times the straight time rate for hours worked and the minimum of twelve 35 (12) hours will not apply.
