TRANSPORTATION PRIVILEGES. Almost all students in the District ride buses to and from school. It is imperative that proper behavior be exhibited at all times on the school bus. Safety is always of utmost concern. With this in mind, the following safety rules need to be adhered to:
TRANSPORTATION PRIVILEGES. A. An employee shall receive bus passes for employee, employee's spouse, domestic partner and immediate family members living in the employee's residence, or for whom the employee has custodial responsibilities. Applications for bus passes must be submitted in writing. B. Employees on leave for military service must turn in their passes, but will be issued a temporary pass while in METRO's service area on any leave of absence from the military. The spouse, dependents or family members of an employee on military leave will continue receiving passes during the term of such military service provided they are qualified under this section. C. Should a pass be lost it will be reissued at a cost of $15.00. Should an employee fail to return valid bus passes upon employment separation, other than paragraph D below, $15.00 for each bus pass shall be deducted from the employee's wages. D. An employee leaving the service of METRO by retirement under the Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) and continuing to reside in Santa Xxxx or adjoining counties, and his/her family members as defined in Section A above, shall receive an annual pass. E. METRO bus passes shall be honored on all buses operated by METRO in regular scheduled fixed route service, where standard fare structure applies.
TRANSPORTATION PRIVILEGES. All of the Employer's employees, their spouses and dependent children according to IRS regulations, shall be entitled to free transportation over all regular fixed route service. This privilege to ride will be according to the rule and procedures governing bus rides by employee dependents.
TRANSPORTATION PRIVILEGES. In cases where an employee is required to attend a System Board hearing in pursuit of a personal grievance he has filed under this Article or the Executive Board has filed on behalf of the employee, the Company will provide round trip transportation from the griev- ant’s gateway. At the Company’s option, this transportation can be a positive space jumpseat immediately above subload, a commer- cial airline ticket, or a mileage allowance based on current AAA most direct mileage charts paid at the current rate per IRS xxxx- dards.
TRANSPORTATION PRIVILEGES. 13.01 Current Plan and Reductions The Company shall provide all employees from the bargaining unit and their relatives (i.e., father, mother, father’s spouse, mother’s spouse, children, spouse, common-law spouse [including same-sex spouse]), free or reduced-fare travel benefits on Company flights, in accordance with Blue Pass policies. 13.02 Regular employees shall be entitled to all reduced- fare travel benefits offered by other air carriers, in accordance with agreements in effect at that time. 13.03 Retired employees shall have access to Blue Pass privileges and advantages as stipulated in the Blue Pass policy under the provisions for retired employees. 13.04 The Company shall provide access to an internet service for the reservation and purchase of stand-by tickets on Air Transat flights (e-ticket), when such a system is implemented. 13.05 Should the Company negotiate any new terms with Flight Crew Members or Cabin Crew Members affecting Blue Pass privileges; such terms shall be granted to employees covered by this Collective Agreement. This clause shall be interpreted as a ‘me too’ clause.
TRANSPORTATION PRIVILEGES. ‌ Employees will be given transportation privileges at the time of employment. Each employee will be allowed the following: 34.1 Current LACMTA passes for the employee and his/her family. 34.1.1 Spouse will be given LACMTA Rail/Bus pass privileges after completion of the employee’s probationary period. Bus pass privileges will be continued to the spouse and dependent children of a deceased or retired employee during the spouse’s life or until the spouse’s remarriage. 34.1.2 An employee’s dependent children, as currently defined in LACMTA HR Transportation Pass Policy, Section 2, will be given LACMTA Rail/Bus pass transportation privileges after completion of the employee’s probationary period. 34.1.3 Retired employees, for the purpose of application of this Article, are entitled LACMTA pass transportation privileges. 34.1.4 Lost passes must be immediately reported to the employee’s division or department. LACMTA will levy a fifteen dollars ($15.00) administrative fee (three dollars [$3.00] for retirees) for the replacement of a lost or stolen pass belonging to the employee or dependent. Only one pass per person will be replaced each year; mutilated passes turned in will be replaced without charge or limit. 34.1.5 Lost passes will be replaced after thirty (30) days following receipt of the completed report on the prescribed form. 34.1.6 All passes must be surrendered at the time of termination of employment. Employees who fail to surrender passes will be charged twenty dollars ($20.00) per month for the balance of the period for which each pass is issued. 34.2 A transportation pass subsidy check, up to one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00) per month, will be issued to the employee only, or as increased by the Board.

  • Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following: 1. That he/she is normally required to transport clients/consumers/felons in the course of their duties. 2. That there is no access to or available State vehicles. 3. That public transportation cannot be used. 4. That their insurance company requires a special rider on their existing automobile policy. 5. Proof that such a rider has been purchased. 6. Proof of a valid driver’s license and insurance policy. By receiving such reimbursement, employees acknowledge that they may be required to use their own personal vehicle to transport clients/consumers/felons in the normal course of their duties. The reimbursement to such employee(s) is the actual cost of the rider not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75) per year whichever is less. This reimbursement will be paid on a yearly basis in the pay period that includes July 1st. Employees who either resign, retire, or have their employment terminated during the year and employees who start during any part of the year will have the reimbursement prorated. In the case of employees who either retire, resign, or have their employment terminated will have that portion of the reimbursement repaid to the State, in the last paycheck.

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following: A. Company is required to submit a Notice of Intent to use the State of Florida Multi-Sector Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity. Authority and Company both acknowledge that close cooperation is necessary to ensure compliance with any stormwater discharge permit terms and conditions, as well as to ensure safety and to minimize the cost of compliance. Company acknowledges further that it may be necessary to undertake actions to minimize the exposure of stormwater to “significant materials” (as such term may be defined by applicable stormwater rules and regulations) generated, stored, handled, or otherwise used by Company by implementing and maintaining “best management practices” (BMPs) (as such term may be defined in applicable stormwater rules and regulations). Company will establish a BMP plan for the Premises and submit a copy to Authority. B. Company will be knowledgeable of any stormwater discharge permit requirements applicable to Company and with which Company will be obligated to comply. The submittal of a Notice of Intent will be made by Company to the FDEP, and a copy will be submitted to Authority. Company is required to comply with the following requirements including, but not limited to, certification of non-stormwater discharges; collection of stormwater samples; preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or similar plans; implementation of BMPs; and maintenance and submittal of necessary records. In complying with such requirements, Company will observe applicable deadlines set by the regulatory agency that has jurisdiction over the permit. Company agrees to undertake, at its sole expense, those stormwater permit requirements for which it has received written notice from the regulatory agency and that apply to the Premises, and Company agrees that it will hold harmless and indemnify Authority for any violations or non-compliance with any such permit requirements.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of-way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections 4, 6(a), 6(b), 6(c), and 7 of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra- State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.
