ARTICLES TO BE SUPPLIED. 7.3.1. Team members will be supplied protective clothing. Team members may order up to 5 replacements (in any combination of shirts and or trousers) each year up to a month before their service anniversary date. During the first year of the agreement, team members will not be required to exchange any protective clothing to receive replacements unless the team member elects to do so. From the second year of the agreement onwards, replacement protective clothing will need to be exchanged (one for one in any combination) for recycling. Team members will be required to wear Company supplied clothing at all times.

ARTICLES TO BE SUPPLIED. 10.2.1 Writing materials - The Company shall provide all writing materials necessary for the performance of an employee's duties.
ARTICLES TO BE SUPPLIED. 8.6.1 Team members will be supplied protective clothing in line with the items available in the Primary Connect uniform policy. This policy may be varied from time to time and is not incorporated into the Agreement.

  • QUANTITY TO BE PURCHASED It is understood and agreed that the Contractor is entering into this Agreement as a multiple source of supply without any guarantee from the State as to the quantity of the items covered by this Contract that might be ordered during the specified period.

  • Vendor Encouraging Members to bypass TIPS agreement Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor or through another agreement, when the Member has requested using the TIPS cooperative Agreement or price, and thereby bypassing the TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.
