Arts Center Clause Samples

The 'Arts Center' clause defines the specific area or facility within a property that is designated for arts-related activities, such as exhibitions, performances, or educational programs. This clause typically outlines the permitted uses of the space, any restrictions on activities, and the responsibilities of the parties regarding maintenance or scheduling. By clearly identifying the scope and use of the Arts Center, the clause helps prevent disputes over space usage and ensures that the facility is used in accordance with the intended cultural or artistic purposes.
