ASBOF Charge and BASBOF Charge. On a monthly basis the Supplier shall calculate the amount of any ASBOF Charge and/or BASBOF Charge payable by it in respect of relevant media acquired under a Call Off Agreement in that month and shall invoice the relevant Contracting Body an amount equal to any ASBOF Charge and BASBOF Charge payable by the Supplier for that Media. The Supplier shall be responsible for paying the ASBOF Charge and BASBOF Charge. in respect of relevant media acquired under a Call Off Agreement Fees Subject to paragraph 7.1 of Part B of Schedule 1 (Services and Key Performance Indicators), where the Contracting Body requests a late booking, an amendment to a booking or the cancellation of a booking and such request requires the Supplier to pay a penalty fee to a media owner, the Supplier may charge such fee to the Contracting Body and shall provide the Contracting Body with such information as the Contracting Body may reasonably request to support the payment of such fee.
