Assent to Terms. Unless otherwise modified by a written agreement signed by both parties hereto, this Agreement governs all Sub-Contractors’ Services. Any additional or different terms proposed by Sub- Contractor (including without limitation) (on a work order, confirmation, email, letter, invoice, or otherwise) are hereby rejected and will not be binding on Mighty Dog Roofing.. Sub-Contractor’s provision of Services constitutes Sub-Contractor’s assent to all terms of this Agreement.
