Assessment and Accountability. Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 above, the Charter School is subject to all accountability and assessment requirements set forth within Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated and any corresponding State Board Rules, including but not limited to the accountability provisions of O.C.G.A. §§ 20-14-30 through 41. The Charter School is further subject to all federal accountability requirements under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, subject to any amendment, waiver or reauthorization thereof.

Assessment and Accountability. Sacramento City Unified School District requires all 2015-16 SES providers to complete a Student Learning Plan (SLP) for each student enrolled in their program. In addition, a Monthly Progress/Attendance Report for each student will be required to be completed and provided to the SCUSD State and Federal Programs Department and parent at the end of each month of service.
