Assessment and Accountability. Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 above, the Charter School is subject to all accountability and assessment requirements set forth within Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated and any corresponding State Board Rules, including but not limited to the accountability provisions of O.C.G.A. §§ 20-14-30 through 41. The Charter School is further subject to all federal accountability requirements under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, subject to any amendment, waiver or reauthorization thereof.

In addition, a Monthly Progress/Attendance Report for each student will be required to be completed and provided to the SCUSD State and Federal Programs Department and parent at the end of each month of service.

Assessment and Accountability. 1. The GOVERNING AUTHORITY agrees to assess student achievement relative to academic goals using the methods of measurement identified in the Educational Plan (Exhibit I), the Assessment and Accountability Plan/Performance Framework (Exhibit IV), and/or any reference in this contract to standards of student achievement, incorporated by reference as if fully written herein. 2.   • A Service Accountability Agreement This Agreement is a service accountability agreement for the purposes of the Enabling Legislation.

  • Accountability Actuaries and external auditors will be appointed by the Trust. Audited financial statements, and an actuarial evaluation report will be obtained for the Trust on an annual basis. The actuarial report will include projections for the Trust for a period of not less than 3 years into the future.

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Public Law Xx. 000-000, 00 XXX Parts 160, 162 and 164, and the Social Security Act, 42 USC 1320d-2 through 1320d-7, in that it may not use or disclose protected health information other than as permitted or required by law and agrees to use appropriate safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of the protected health information.
