ASSESSMENT OF APPLICANTS. The Department Head or designate in consultation with Human Resources will decide jointly on the need for an assessment for the purpose of determining qualified applicants for the position. Assessment may take the form of written test(s), practical/physical/skill tests, interview panel or any combination thereof to ensure applicants are assessed for the qualifications and skills considered most important to the position.
