Assessment of capacity. For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system and documented in an assessment instrument by either:

Assessment of capacity. 52.4.1 For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system and documented in an assessment instrument by either: 52.4.2 The Authority, in consultation with the employee or, if desired by any of these; the Authority and an accredited assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the Agreement and the employee.

For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system and documented in an assessment instrument by either: 3.12.8.1 the company and a union party to the Agreement, in consultation with the employee or, if desired by any of these; or 3.12.8.2 the company and an accredited assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the Agreement and the employee.

For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system and documented in an assessment instrument by either: 51.4.1 The enterprise and the employee’s representative, in consultation with the employee; or, if desired by any of these. 51.4.2 The enterprise and an accredited assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the Agreement and the employee.

Assessment of capacity. a) For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement rate to be paid to an employee Employee under this Agreement, the productive capacity of the employee Employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system Supported Wage System and documented in an assessment instrument Assessment Instrument, by either: i. the Employer and an employee organisation that is a party to the Agreement, in consultation with the Employee or, if desired by any of these; or ii. the Employer and an Accredited Assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the Agreement and the Employee.

For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system and documented in an assessment instrument by either: 57.4.1 The employer, in consultation with the employee or a representative nominated by the employee; 57.4.2 The employer and an accredited assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the Agreement and the employee.

Assessment of capacity. For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system Supported Wage System and documented in an assessment instrument by either: 4.8.4.1. the employer and a union party to the Agreement, in consultation with the employee or, if desired, by any of these or 4.8.4.2. the employer and an accredited assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the Agreement and the employee.

Assessment of capacity. For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreementagreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system and documented in an assessment instrument by either: 29.4.1 The employee may appoint another person to represent them, including a union official; 29.4.2 the employer and an accredited assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the Agreement and the employee.

For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system Supported Wage System and documented in an assessment instrument by either: 17.4.1 The Company in consultation with the employee or, if desired by any of these; 17.4.2 The Company and an accredited assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the agreement and the employee.

For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreementagreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system and documented in an assessment instrument by either: 21.4.1 N.A. 21.4.2 The employer and an accredited assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the agreement and the employee.

For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the Agreement agreement rate to be paid to an employee under this Agreementagreement, the productive capacity of the employee will be assessed in accordance with the supported wage system and documented in an assessment instrument by either:: ▪ WPW in consultation with the employee or their chosen representative ▪ WPW and an accredited assessor from a panel agreed by the parties to the agreement and the employee.
