Supported Wage. (1) This clause defines the conditions which will apply to employees who because of the effects of a disability are eligible for a supported wage under the terms of this Agreement. In the context of this clause, the following definitions will apply:
Supported Wage. Employees who, because of the effects of a disability, are eligible for a supported wage under the terms of this Agreement shall be employed in accordance with the provisions set out in their Assessment with the relevant capacity percentage applied to the minimum rates in this Agreement and all relevant terms of employment will conform to those in this Agreement. Provided that the minimum amount payable must be not less than $125.00 per week and will be increased by 2.5% from the FFPPOA 1 July 2024 and a further 2.5% from the FFPPOA 1 July 2025,
Supported Wage. (a) Employees who because of the effects of a disability are eligible for a supported wage under the terms of this Agreement shall be employed in accordance with the provisions set out in Schedule C to this Agreement. The minimum rates and percentages contained in Schedule C will move in accordance with changes to the Supported Wage provisions in the Aged Care Award 2010 as they vary from time to time.
Supported Wage system means the Commonwealth Government system to promote employment for people who cannot work at full agreement wages because of a disability, as documented in Supported Wage System: Guidelines and Assessment Process.
Supported Wage. Supported Wage. The Supported Wage System set out in Appendix 4 applies to an Employee who is unable to perform the range of duties to the competence level required within the Employee’s class of work, because of the effects of a disability or his or her productive capacity and who meets the impairment criteria for receipt of a disability support pension.
Supported Wage. Workers Eligible for a Supported Wage
55.1. This clause defines the conditions that will apply to Employees who, because of the effects of a disability, are eligible for a supported wage under the terms of the General Agreement. In the context of this clause, the following definitions will apply:
Supported Wage. System (SWS) means the Commonwealth Government system to promote employment for people who cannot work at full agreement wages because of a disability, as documented in the Supported Wage System Handbook. The Handbook is available from the JobAccess website (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx).
Supported Wage. 5.11.1 This provision applies to Employees who because of the effects of a disability are eligible for a supported wage.
5.11.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any Employee employed on a supported wage will be paid the rates of pay applicable at the time of employment under the Supported Wage System as outlined in the Aged Care Award 2010.
Supported Wage. This Agreement incorporates the provisions of Schedule C to the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2010 as in force from time to time, provided that:
25.1 the supported wage rates will be calculated using the rates of pay contained in this Agreement instead of the minimum wage rates provided under the award; and
25.2 the Employee will be entitled to all other terms and conditions of employment under this Agreement.
